Important remarks:

1. Minors:
It is not recommended to bring minors to a car racing. The minimum age admitted to Interlagos is of 5 years and must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.

2. Flags:
For safety reasons flags, banners and similar must not be mounted on poles.

3. Medical Services:
Emergency medeical services are provided by the Municipal Government. Spectators are advised to dress appropriately, i.e., comfortable, light clothing, keeping in mind that rain showers are not uncommon and the temperature can drop to 16-18oC at the end of the day.

4. Security:
The police department has multi-lingual officers on duty assist the public at the circuit and a temporary police station to register complaints.

5. If it is your first time at a major sporting event in Brazil do not be surprised being frisked at the admission gates. Normal procedure.

6. Grandstands:
Interlagos circuit has its usual visitors each of them a grandstand of choice. It is hard to say which of them is the best, since all of them provide an excellent visibility. The difference in prices reflects comfort and not exactly visibility.

7. Food and Beverages:
Spectators are requested to avoid bringing bulky styrofoam boxes and similar packages to the circuit with food and drinks. There are food stalls with a variety of snacks and drinks at all grandstand locations.

8. Spectators with special needs:
The circuit has a special grandstand for wheelchair users and the promoters provide a two-for-the-price-of-one admission ticket to this facility. Those wishing to use this service must access the circuit by the special bus service available through the Ciyt's ATENDE programme. For more information please refer to +55 11 3329 4686.

9. Sanitary facilities:
The permanent facilities are supported by dozens of chemical toilets at all grandstands.

10. Video Cameras:
Amateur video recordings for personal use are permitted at the circuit. Please note, however, that the rights to all sound and moving picture recordings belongs to the Formula One. To know more about it, please click here.
