The beach coastal city is traditionally chosen for vacations and time to relax, famous for the devotion of its holy patron, São José de Ribamar to which many miracles are attributed. It’s a city to enjoy history, to eat the best stonefish of the region, to drink delicious coconut milk, to visit religious monuments, and to know the deserted beaches of the island. On the way to São José de Ribamar a brief stop is made at Raposa beach where the handicrafts works can be appreciated.
