Water transportation – there are boats leaving from the Terminal Turístico do Mercado Modelo, in Salvador, to Morro de São Paulo. The trip takes approximately 2 hours and departures depend on weather conditions.
Land transportation - through Ferry Boat by car or bus. The ferryboat leaves from Salvador to Ilha de Itaparica (Itaparica Island). From Bom Despacho all the way to Valença (92Km) and at Porto de Valença you get another transportation to Morro de São Paulo (In Morro de São Paulo, cars and motorcycles are not allowed). Duration: approximately three hours.
