A 15-minute transfer in a 4-wheel drive vehicle to the Sauípe River, the main waterway in its river basin, bordered to the north by the Subaúma River basin and to the south by the Imbassaí River basin. The source of the Sauípe lies to the south of the city of Entre Rios, from where it runs 80 kilometers to the sea.
The group will board an aluminum boat with an outboard motor and a capacity for 6 passengers and a specialized guide. The ride takes about an hour and a half, covering about 14 kilometers roundtrip, with a quick stop at the mouth of the river. Most of the areas on the route are covered in ciliary vegetation, the plants along riverbanks that protect the rivers. The vegetation in this area is quite well preserved and there are many native fruit trees which attract a wide variety of birds. Binoculars are provided. 15-minute return transfer to the hotel.
