This tour rates are available only for those are also buying a transfer to Hotel das Cataratas Eco Resort or a tour to the Brazilian falls (if you are staying in another hotel).
This excursion begins with a 1.6 km trail that can be covered on foot or by bicycle (conventional or electric).
Nature lovers can walk by small ponds where aquatic habitat birds and exuberant vegetation can be seen.
Nature lovers can see species of flora and fauna native to the Iguassu National Park.
The excursion combines navigation of the upper Iguassu River in bi-motor boats to the Poço Preto (Black Well) docks with a visit to a 10-meter-high observation tower from which Lagoa do Jacare do Poço Preto (Black Well Alligator Pond), rich in aquatic and land fauna, can be observed.
In succession is the Arquipelago Ilha das Taquaras (Bamboo Island Archipelago), with the option of ducks (inflatable kayaks) to appreciate the scenery.
Return is made to Porto Bananeiras (Banana Tree Port) or Porto Canoas (Canoe Port), except on Mondays mornings when this last one is closed.
Duration: approximately 3 hours
Departures: Tuesdays through Sundays, from 8h00 to 16h00, every hour. During the Summer Daylight Savings Time, last tour begins at 17h00.
